Houcine Rhili is a Tunisian researcher and academic, specialised in development and resource governance issues. He is a trade unionist as well as a political and civil society activist. He is the author of several books, research publications and articles focused on economic development matters and environmental/climatic questions in Tunisia. He currently teaches at the faculty of sciences at Tunis University.
