Our panels stopped generating power last week, since I have spent what seems like countless hours on the phone and via chat with Tesla Energy Support. I have performed all the "troubleshooting" steps with them, to the point that I feel like a Tesla employee (working for free!). After days of going through this they tell me I need a new Gateway and that there''s possibly something wrong with my solar inverter. Finally, I was able to schedule an appointment for a technician to come to the house. We are early Tesla adopters and their customer service in those days was top notch. What happened along the way? They are now horrible to deal with, if you can even get a hold of someone!
