Used 2 50 amp batteries wired in parallel for one of our Club Car Precedent 48v fleet carts at our golf course. Works well but nowhere near the mile range as advertised. Used a Smart Shunt to measure AH used, voltage and remaining charge. Only about 20 miles on a 100% charge. Used about 80 Ah and was down to 20% of charge left . That''s the equivalent to a new lead acid 48v 165Ah battery pack running down to 50%.Stopped at 20% and recharged. So maybe 24 miles if you ran it down below 10%. That range is fine for us though and will continue charge when down to 20%. Still good value because these should last many times the life of a lead acid battery pack and cost about the same upfront. I''m happy.
Used in club car precedent, fit well, enough power and duration. We used only one battery 50AH and it''s more than enough for week-end use around the land at the cottage. And the shipping was fast,3 days in Québec Canada.
they have just arrived and very quick as well. I tested both packs and they were both at 52.8 volts i immediately had to open them up to take a look and was very happy with the build quality inside the only thing that is a bit concerning is the cells themselves inside the pack can be moved side to side about 5mm with moderate force i worry if over time in a golf kart or rv this could lead to a internal short. I will be installing these in my rv and time will tell.
