
Established in 2006, the Energy Community Treaty is an international agreement between the EU and 9 neighbouring countries, or contracting parties, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, North Macedonia, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia and Ukraine.
