Abstatt is a modern location where associates from roughly 50 countries develop innovation-driven chassis system controls and cross-domain computing solutions. In addition, the Bosch Engineering GmbH is located on site. The 1,100 square meter health center is equipped with a training area, including a fitness studio, bouldering wall, and health course offerings. Moreover, about 70 percent of the location in Abstatt is vegetation which not only creates a relaxation space for associates, but also contributes to the conservation of the environment.
In addition to being the regional headquarters for Southeast Asia, Bosch in Bishan is also home to the regional research and technology center for Asia Pacific and the base for corporate innovation advanced development. The building is a showcase of green building technology, equipped with solar panels and smart air-conditioning which enable an energy consumption that is 30 percent below average of comparable buildings.
