I am absolutely thrilled to share the extraordinary experience we had in Samoa last week! As proud members of the dpSun team, my business partner Oscar Charro , and I had the incredible opportunity to visit this breathtaking country as part of our project SAMGRIST - Samoa Grid Stabilisation.
We fully immersed ourselves in Samoa''s vibrant culture and had the privilege of engaging with key stakeholders in the energy sector.
Our main stop was the utility Electric Power Corporation -EPC-, where we were given an exclusive tour of their production facilities and had the honour of meeting the visionary CEO, Faumui Tauiliili Iese Toimoana.
It was a true privilege to share the intricate details of our project with him and receive his invaluable feedback, further igniting our determination to drive positive change. Special thanks to Chris Fruean and the rest of the team for their support.
In addition to this remarkable encounter, we were delighted to have fruitful discussions about our project and the Energy Catalyst (an Innovate UK programme) with the Deputy British High Commissioner in Samoa, Robert Ower. The opportunity to exchange ideas and insights with such esteemed individuals was truly inspiring.
