Evening Prayer is said in St Margaret's Chapel each day at 4pm, using the Church of England Daily Prayer app.Weekday Evening Prayer is said when Choral Evensong is not sung.All are welcome.

Access may be restricted during services. Please look at the website under 'service times' for weekly services.

This will be an informal service which will include Boys Brigade parading of banners and an all-age talk. It will also be a communion service where anyone who wishes to, can come to receive the bread and wine.We will have a range of well-known hymns and, after the service, we are planning refreshments including sausage and bacon butties! The themes for the next 3 services are:

*It is expected to be cold in the Abbey, so all are advised to wear warm clothes when attending.

D-Day 80th anniversary commemorated as The Longest Yarn comes to Tewkesbury Abbey.

The Longest Yarn is an 80m 3D depiction of that fateful day, 6th June 1944, in wool art. With 80 displays, each measuring one metre in length, depicting scenes of the world''s largest amphibious invasion, The Longest Yarn is something quite unique and not to be missed. The scenes include the build-up to D-Day in England, the horrors on the Landing Beaches and the bloody inland battles.

There is no charge for entry but donations are invited. Suggested donation £5 per person. Tickets are not needed. Please check below for occasional times where the exhibition will be closed to visitors.
